Chinese shrub for a sunny position. Grows to five feet but prune hard in spring once the threat of frost has passed. The foliage has a minty smell if bruised

I would like that if it has a minty smell .. it looks a little like the wild mint you see growing on damp marsh land ... come to think of it what I'm thinking of may not be wild mint but something entirely different ...
