Dahlia - Catching Fire

I have ditched all my Dahlias Bathgate. I just couldn’t cope with the watering of the pots and the wind blowing them over. I was getting fond of them, but tbh...they were never my passion, so I shan’t miss them.

Yeh, I can't blame you Karen. I tried growing them in pots, but they are too thirsty to keep up with the watering.

THey are. Its amazing when you cut the stem and see how much water they store in there!

...and trying to save the tubers for next year I could never do. They turn to dust. I just left these in the ground and they came back on their own.
