wild rose sp/ rose hip

My daughter collects these every year and makes Rose Hip syrup as they are full of Vit c . During the 2nd world war people where encouraged to make Rose Hip Syrup for a source of Vit c during the food shortages.

well Ive some driedout whats the recipe to make syrup.

I will have to ask her and get back to you. Know there are some recipes on internet. Remembered also that one of the important things was draining it through a muslin cloth to get rid of all the little hairs that are on them.
