Not reliably hardy, although has been know to recover, after losing all its foliage in a bad winter!

They are in the borders and fairly sheltered, if it gets too cold might have to do some fleecing! there are some gorgeous varieties for sale now...

Yes, they are really lovely. Mine was like the top right one in your collage. I loved it! I lost the parent, but had taken a cutting, which grew well, but now I've lost that as well and it wasn't big enough to take a cutting from. Ah well...you can't have everything. :)
