Never had I heard of this plant until now! Seems quite good from what I read about it on Wikipedia & the RHS website. I see it needs acid soil, like Azaleas & Rhododendrons. It can be grown in pots & tubs according the RHS page. On the Wikipedia page it says they are good for making hedges & will withstand frost as well as sea spray!
