My new indoor houseplant - an easy care plant will dress up any room. Succulent leaves, only grows to 10 inches. Bright indirect light for this one, not too wet! Will be happy along side African Violets.

Thank you Hywel. This is the first one I ever owned, just bought it yesterday from Hick's Nursery. Any tips you can offer would be appreciated. It helps get through the dreary winter.

I had a peperomia last year...I can't remember what happened to it, but its no longer with us. :( They are lovely. They remind me a bit of Bergenia.

They don't mind being kept dry. Sometimes I don't water them for a week or two, or even longer. They survive.
They like light but not direct sunshine. They don't like cold temperatures (neither do I !)

Sorry to hear about your Peperomia Karen. This was only $2.99. Hope you'll give them another try. Thanks Hywel. I have it near my kitchen window which is south facing so it should be happy their.
