Hi 3d, your welcome, I think this may be M 'black Tulip', if it is, it will grow to a height of 22-28 ft, and a spread of 15-20 ft, Derek.

Hi 3d, I think this is a Magnolia, rather than a Liriodendron tulipefera, which is the tulip tree, although they're in the same family, Magnoliaceae, Derek.
