Amazingly easy to start - no more difficult than Petunias. I sowed 10 seeds in Feb., and 8 came up. I have been trying to determine the best conditions for them, and some are in the sun and others in part shade. This and the red one are in the sun and have bloomed, while the ones in part shade are looking good, they have no flowers yet but are budding.

I am a little confused on this one. It was started in Feb. and is flowering now, so it acts like an annual. From what I've read, it could be perennial in a place like the Azores, but it is going to take another 6 months to see how it acts. I intend to deadhead to give it a chance of being perennial.
Also, in the evening and early morning, it is a very definite blue; but changes to purple during the day.
