I absolutely agree with Dad! I’ve tried to grow this one twice, with no success. It never comes back after the winter. But I haven’t tried in this garden, and seeing your pic. Well, I might!

This is the best it has ever been, Karen. I get a second flowering but it is a single bloom. My dad loved it so I had to have it in my garden. It is a beautiful colour, 3d.

I think everything is good because of last summer Linda. I have a Clematis 'Miss Bateman' just opening and it didn't flower at all for the past 2 years!

Yeh! All my Clematis have huge flower heads this year.

Thanks Aleyna. It is one of my favourites. My dad always grew it so it reminds me of him.
