Dreadful photo but I'm thrilled to have a nesting pair of Blue Tits in my garden

How lovely for you ... fascinating to see just how hard they work with nest building, then feeding their young!

Amy, we have Seagulls, Magpies, Pigeons but the variety of smaller birds has increased since we started putting Sunflower Hearts out on a feeder. Now there are regular visits from Goldfinches, Bluetits, Coal tits, Long Tailed Tits, Robins, Sparrows and a Dunnock. Lovely to watch them all ...

Amy, we heard a thud late this afternoon and found that a Pigeon had flown into the glass in the back door, leaving an imprint! No sign of the bird though ...

Good pic, considering how swiftly those birds exit their nest.

Lets hope its only injury was a nasty headache Shirley , we use to have a lot of birds hitting our winders before we moved we had to put stickers on the glass to try to stop them hitting it , we haven't had that problem here ...
Thanks Sue It was pure luck i can assure you ...

Nice photo. You need to paint a clock face so it looks like cuckoo clock.
