How nice it must be to live so near that x

It is I never see people who live around here going to sit up there to watch the wild life and watch the boats they mainly just use it as a cut through to the shops or the pub further down.

That's how it is isn't it, There are also places around here that we never go to or just pass on the way to somewhere else. I suppose you get so used to the place you live that you don't notice it so much.
I remember working in a place right near the beach with a lovely view of the bay and you could see right across the sea to Devon and Exemoor. People told me I was lucky to work there but to be honest after a while I didn't notice the view, it just became part of the background.
