They are close, but since the dark eye or halo is not mentioned in either description, it could be neither. A percentage of double is not mentioned for Ezekial, and my piece of Voodoo Dancer (80%) does get several single flowers - especially at the beginning of the season. It also tends to have a slight yellow wire edge.
