Thank you … This one has a smaller flower than Swingtime, and the foliage becomes quite bronze when grown in a sunny position.

That's interesting, Hywel. Yes, I can see that the Swing Time flowers would be a bit larger. Do most fuchsias have leaves that change colour when in the sunshine ?

Most Fuchsias do not change leaf colour from green, but sometimes they have naturally variegated or coloured leaves. If put in shade these variegated Fuchsias will loose some of the colour and the leaves will become quite green.
The Fuchsia in this photo has been placed in a mini greenhouse which has a lot of shade so the leaves look green instead of the natural bronzy colour they should have.
The flowers of a Fuchsia will take on deeper tones in the sunshine, and a white Fuchsia will become quite pink if grown in full sun.

Thanks for all the info. Hywel.. I now realise that with quite a lot of plants and shrubs, I haven't thought enough about whether their foliage changes colour when grown in a sunny or shady position. Useful input. Thank you.

Hywel ... That's a pretty fuchsia ... I have one which seems rather similar called Swing Time.
