Shrub with large ? Reddish pink berries on.

Liked the lovely big ? Berries on this or hips?
Spotted it walking through the Hemswell Antique site.
Lincolnshire.

I also thought Cotoneaster but the berries look too big. Maybe the flowers would give a clue but they won't appear at this time of year.

Yes Hywel, the large berries were throwing me a bit...I’ll have to take a drive over to Hemswell in the Spring to capture the plant in bloom..hopefully!

Hywel, I googled the multiflorus. It does resemble the plant I snapped, very, very similar! The leaves and berries.

I have seen this nice shrub too, but I didn't realise it was one of the Cotoneasters. Thanks for putting on GoY.

Thanks Julia, i did like the large pinkish red berries on it. I added another pic - not sure why they’ve come separate? - and Karen thought it was cotoneaster glabratus.
