Even though they are tropical..sticks of fire colors up best in cool and clear winter weather.
Its a shrub cultivar of a plant that in all green is a tree.

Nothing understated about that plant!.
Seagirl..here,for years it had setbacks with the occasional freezing temperature and also..vandals who took cuttings off the top. The vandal tenants moved out 4 years ago and we also have not had a frost in the last 3 years,so this is the largest I've ever seen it.
Its new ground with every year and the growth.
