Corydalis Bronze Beauty is the only one that seems to do well for me.

Sue - have you tried corydalis solida? The standard one is a wishy-washy pink, but there are lots of named varieties. It self sows in my garden

Andrew, thanks for the suggestion, I've tried Beth Evans solida twice in different areas lwithout success, also a blue flexuosa, never to be seen again.
