Garden Joy (Salvia splendens)

I bought these flowers for Christmas, for their red color and contrast with the green leaves. After the Christmas festivities passed, I planted these among the photinia. They really liked the new location and are flourishing and growing.

Salvia splendens - a native to Brazil. Is it warm enough where you are for these to be perennial?

Lovely plant, Aleyna! :) These plants are very, very popular here in the UK for summer bedding displays & town councils & park managers use them prolifically in their summer displays!
