The flowers emerge in Spring before the leaves. The leaves turn red in Autumn.

Yes, I agree Amy, but Darmera is too big a plant for my garden.

I went outside to look for my Darmera Sue and couldn't find any sign of it ,I mentioned it to my OH who reminded me we had moved it ,I'll have another look tomorrow I'm hoping its survived the move , Yes it does get big that's the reason we decided to move it ....

It looks very much like my Darmera peltata Sue ,I must look to see if my flowers have come through yet ..
