food and water for the birds

I so miss my birdies! Before I moved to apt. living I had bird feeders and suet in the trees where I was. I love to bird watch. We are not allowed to attract the birds at the apts. because of the mess it makes etc. :(
We can have hummingbird feeders but I may not stay here so I don't want to start with them cause it takes awhile for them to add you to their best homes to visit list! LOL!
