YOU'RE RIGHT KAREN, THE WILD CREATURES ONLY TAKE WHAT THEY REQUIRE TO EXIST FROM DAY TO DAY. I TRY TO ACCOMODATE THE WILD CREATURES AS WE HAVE TAKEN OVER THEIR SPACE. WE LIVE ON THE EDGE OF THE COUNTRYSIDE, AND PROBABLY SEE MORE OF THE CROWS.

Pristine-looking bird, even if he is busy with daily toil!
We see lots of corvids: very intelligent birds. They soak any dry bread in the tray of water we leave out for them before they take it off. Jacks, magpies and crows are regulars at the cafe.

I awoke to the familiar sound of crows on the roof today. It means they are after the sparrow chicks. :( That’s nature.
