That's always the dilemma, isn't it? You buy the plant (at reasonable expense) and think it's a bargain (which it is), then realise you need a new pot too (which isn't usually such a reasonable expense).
We've potted on quite a number of well growing plants this spring and the cost of large pots has nearly led to bankruptcy!! I'm sure they hike up each season.

So very true, Anget! I noticed at the nursery I went to yesterday, the pots were priced higher than last year - with their sale price actually still a few pounds higher than last summer! Only because I bought a few from this nursery last year, I remember!

Very true, Julia. I think they’ve all lost so much financially, and well, some fantastic garden plants..sadly.
