They are looking very fresh and colourful, Julia. I’ve some just planted on my rockery, they have a pretty scent too.

Cuttings are usually very successful with pinks. One of the easier plants to do this with.

I keep mine for about 12 months to grow on before I plant them out. In our soil not all mature plants overwinter too well so it's an insurance policy with the ones I like best or when they get 'woody'.
