Blue Lobelia starting to bloom finally...

Blue is my weakness too - but...think about it, is it a weakness to love blue? I feel for me the blend of blue and green is so lovely.

LOL...I agree... I can never pass up a blue flower... colours of nature~~ the green earth and the blue sky!

That one really IS a beauty Lori ! Looks prettier than any hybrid lobelia I've ever seen ! Is that a fennel or dill bloom in the background ?

thanks M and F! the umbel in the background is dill. it selfseeded from last year!! love the smell of dill, used dill water to calm stomachs when my sons were babes... Now I use it myself! along with barleywater and mint...
