Yes, very exotic, I heard they were very tasty but haven't brought myself to actually eating one - seems kind of weird, but maybe I'll have a go when nobody is looking. lol. I have made tea from various plants in the garden - Calendula, Echanacea, Chamomile, mint. Haven't gotten to the day lilies yet - maybe one day.

Go on! Give it a go...I’ll try collecting some mint and other herbs this year I think. Seems a good idea.
