Thank you..it has a mild scent of Gardenia. You would never think such a spiny odd plant could have such an elegant,refined bloom.

That bloom has evolved. Still going in September. From the time I spotted the budstem in June...to now. That's a looong development time.
This year,I bought that Miracle Grow bloom food. Its helped,and the leaves have that Miracle grow look of high nitrogen even if it only a 10-30-10 ratio. For the Plumeria and Mandevilla too.
