DD: It's 'Heavenly Blue', an old favourite which I've grown in other gardens. This is 3 years old, in a dryish hotspot. I never water it! And it always flowers well. Thrives on neglect! Wish I could get Ceratostigma willmotianum to go so well. It does nothing for me, but other people call it a pest!

Ours is in the same position, we did have three different varieties...only two left....but both are real failures....
