It looks a delightful place to go especially at this time to get away from it all.

It must be good for the spirit and the body being out in this lovely fresh air with those views. I feel very stale by now on all fronts!! Surely they can't keep us locked up for much longer.

Thanks. It's good for the body and soul for sure. Sometimes You just need a change of scenery. The cold clean air is very exhilarating and just to be out of the house and away from beeps and buzzers of cellphones, computers and people who drain your energy. This is one of my secret places. I can hear the waves crashing on the beach right behind me with the seagulls overhead. Its a good place to clear your head and collect your thoughts.

The most exciting change of scenery at the moment here is the supermarket visit. I got almost excited yesterday...

LOL that's funny. I try to hit the supermarket when they open at 8am. Then I get a good parking spot and no waiting on line at the check out.

Glad you like it Klahani. In the summer you can climb to the top where the lamp it. Then there is a balcony up there where you can come outside and enjoy 360° views.

I envy you being within reach of the beach Paul. The last time we went was last Spring - though we are only four miles away lockdown regulations say we can't go.. So frustrating because visitors come from miles away (though the police often fine them and turn them back...) Lockdown ' bother me much but we do miss popping down for some sea breezes occasionally.
Got my vaccination today!

Stay safe. I could never live away from the ocean. I would feel so deprived. The vastness of the ocean & sky, helps me keep things in perspective. We are so small.

That's how I feel about the English fens, Paul: not the sea (although it is close) but the flat ,wide-open spaces and the endless sky.
Forgive: come over all poetical! Must be the effects of lock-down. Yearning for Open Spaces....

It felt great being out by the ocean. I feel renewed.

Sometimes I wonder if a shark will take a bite out of me. It happens here, but mainly in Florida. 13 fatalities this year already & 140 attacks overall.
