Lime tree

This tree has a long history. We've grown it from a pit of a lime that grew in our Mexican garden and we both loved. My non-gardening OH is very fond of this tree and takes it for a "walk" every day from his shop to a sunny spots on the property. LOL. I find it comical (do not let him know) and it makes me smile. It is HIS tree and he is taking a good care of it. I hope it will give him a lime one day. :=)

Haha, Klahanie, that is amusing. I only move my Citrus to just outside the conservatory, once for their summer hols.

Yes, I have to agree! I think it works out well..we work well ‘together’ - most of us!! Learning from one another, it’s a good thing.
I thought the lime looked quite healthy..but, I don’t know what to look for. You’ll know how it’s doing. I hope it flourishes when you move it.

Your secret is safe with me Klahani. I won't tell anyone. You've answered my question before I asked it. Are you clairvoyant?

Fantastic!!!! The first thing my OH said was, he likes the ‘trolley/cart’!!! Men!
I think it’s terrific you’ve grown it from a tiny pip to the size it is now. It looks a healthy, lovely specimen! I do hope he is rewarded with limes one day soon...bless, even one lime would make him smile I’m sure.
