Not that I have any Magnolia, but my absolute favourite. Next door's has a huge Magonia tree, completely inappropriate size for a small garden, but it's covered in large white blooms. They will be brown after the frost tomorrow.

Thanks Kate it will grow ,Anget We're not sure what's under this gravel there's so much concrete in places apparently there used to be old brick works in this area we've even been told by locals there's tunnels under here somewhere ,I just hope the roots don't hit something which kills it .
Fingers crossed Sue the flowers are still white this morning ...:o)

A nice shrub. I always think M Stellata makes a nice change from the M soulangiana that is popular everywhere,
though they are beautiful with their lovely pink candles..

Lovely. The Magnolias round here have been super but the frost has turned them all brown.

So pretty....... the birds and the squirrels have been eating ours this year .....the little devils😱
