The fence is on the east side so the camellia is here in the hope it will be sheltered (the garden faces north) so I'm starting to get early morning sun at last, but the frost this week has got to them a bit. My soil is not acid.

My soil is very alkaline and the camellia is the only plant that gets special treatment. Sadly the frost has got to mine a bit too.
