Zantedeschia 'Calla Lily' sprouting in kitchen 15th March 2021

mine in the greenhouse aren't above ground yet.

This plant spent the winter totally dry in a cupboard & I only started to water it again when I noticed that there were a couple of green tips poking through the compost. So I brought it out, put it in the kitchen & started watering it & in just a couple of weeks it was this high! Now it's over 2 feet tall & with even more spathes than last year when I had 7!

mine are still firm but nothing above ground yet. I have gently probed and i can feel spikes.

Once they show above the compost they romp away!
