My evergreen clematis, flowering nicely up and through the laurel tree..lovely off-white cream coloured flowers with a hint of yellowish green at the centre.
Taken early this morning.

Our elderly neighbour had this for some years, we both loved it clambering along the top of the boundary fence. Sadly, new neighbours ripped it all down . . . :o(

Oh that’s a real shame isn’t, Shirley!!! It is a lovely climbing evergreen too! Some people....🙁

Thanks Ange, we’ve had it for many years...it seems to do well. Trying to coax it past the laurel now and continue along the fence...it would sort of block out next doors kitchen window. ( although it’s not exactly right next to us, but, I can see it sometimes from different angles..so more privacy the better..)

Many thanks Klahanie, it’s quite floriferous on the other side, it is working it’s way through the euonymus. As you say, lots of buds ready to bloom!

Sadly, our 'Avalanche' turned up its toes this year. I miss it. Yours is a treat, and an appealing colour.
