Echinacea?

My echinacea hasn’t flowered yet, Paul. It should bloom exactly like yours. It has buds on, but it’s way behind yours. It’s a pretty picture.

Thank you Kate. We're having major heat waves so I think that speeds things along. Yes Julia Echinacea. The pink one is the true species and I grew it from seed. The others are hybrids from the supermarket - pretty but I think they loose some of their properties when cross bred.

I had no idea it was also called the 'Cone Flower' but I can see why. :-))
