Keeping warm I bet! The leaves are very similar to the Swiss Cheese plant I had one years ago it was beautiful.

It is called swiss cheese also. I was surprized to discover that a buch of my bigger plants are all philodendron though they differ in all but the main vine. Made me much more brave about propagatiing them.
