My 2021 registration on a blue background. I picked it so it can be kept for tomorrow, when hopefully it can be used to pollenate something. It is now in the refrigerator and will be warmed to room temperature before being used. This is one of those one-off polys that happen sometimes.

These one-offs happen from time to time. Not enough to register it as polymerous, like 'Moose Man' which is 90%. Funny enough, yesterday, when I went around using to pollen on various other TETs, on this plant another poly had opened, but with 5 petals & 5 sepals. The chances of the poly trait being passed on are low, even when both parents are like that.

How interesting, 2 extra petals/sepals. Do you know if that trait will be passed to any offspring or is it just an aberation caused by growing conditions?
Ive just got a cross flowering which i made which shows the same appearance not all flowers just the first flower.
