Looks as though it's been established for ages ,Julia. :o) Makes for happy healthy plants,when it's all new enriched soil,and lots of TLC :o)

Sandra, all the cutting etc which S.T sent to me have taken really well. For some reason in the photographs my soil looks poor, but it's actually new top soil and very good.

That's great,Julia. I wouldn't worry about how it looks,as I know it's all new..the plants love it anyway,so that's all that matters :o).

I shall have to go out there today and speak nicely to a lot of them. They've taken a right old bashing in the storms the past two days. Off to the Show tomorrow, so hope it stays fine. x

Oh dear,I'm sure they will be ok ,mine don't seem to have suffered much,but it is quite sheltered in the back garden.. I hope it is nice for the Chorley show tomorrow too.Have a lovely day.:o) x
