Mine is also..but the leaves are far behind usual. May-June were really lost months for the real warm lovers here in the San Francisco bay area. Now we are at 27C /80f mark per day.

It was about the same here, May and June were cooler than normal.
I was in the SF Bay Area from July 21 - 28 and it was pretty hot in San Jose. I was in SF around Fisherman’s Wharf one day and it was 64 degrees got back to south San Jose 6:30 pm and it was 87 degrees!

The flowers look so perfect too, shiny and luminous colouring.
