Nandina trying to outshine the Cotoneaster's beautiful red berries.

The nandina is looking ‘on fire’! Gorgeous colouring, Julia. I’ve tried with this in the garden but was unsuccessful..think it prefers ericaceous soil?

I love Nandina too, Julia,but also wondered if it be ok in my garden. I do have a border for Acid loving shrubs,but it's pretty well full already,and is North facing,so I might have to give it a miss.:o(

Mine didn't like my garden either Kate and I am definitely limey.
