Salix Flamingo (Salix integra)

Now doing well - once I’d carried out the ‘hard prune’ earlier in the summer. I decided to go for it as it was only displaying leaves and growth on the ends of the branches, it had been looking quite sparse.

Thanks Paul, I hope I see the pink come through again next year!

Good move, Kate. I've been weilding the secateurs with a vengeance this weekend, too. Must be something in the air!

Yes, I have to agree - secateurs and hedge trimmers!!!! We’ve been decidedly on a mission with pruning!
I thought I’d lost the Salix, but, it’s revived itself over recent weeks! Plus I moved it to under the solanum.

What else?

See who else is growing Salix integra.

See who else has plants in genus Salix.
