This frame has been up -cycled. I found it all rusted up in an abandoned garden 2years ago. I rubbed it all down & painted it. The tin pots were not salvageable, so I had to hunt for plastic pots that didn't fall through the hoops. There are 3 more hoops lower down. The Pelargoniums were in it during the summer with white trailing Petunias.
It is hinged in the centre but no way could it stand on its own, so that's why it is propped against the house wall. Gets very hot there.
