The same plant either side of the South facing border, top one on the left side and bottom on the right, bottom I think gets a bit more shade although both get shade from the trees

Hi Anget thanks, I have never grown Actae but have always had my eye on it, the eupatorium foliage not as lovely as through the summer is it but mine seem to have done very well this year :-)

Certainly these work better for me than Actea which always seem to dry our each your. I was hoping for lovely foliage from both of them but I'm underwhelmed at the moment, Daylily.
