Thanks Shirley, They took three months to germinate, and when the weather's better I shall place them back outside.
I'm keeping them in pots and shall get bigger ones for them to go into. I'm going to try to keep them bonsai'd if possible.
Klahamie, I hope your Avocado does well for you. Mine seem to like a feed now and again and to be kept on the damp side.

When mine got to about 3 feet I took the top off and I now have branches.
