Nice..what are the 'blue' flowers?

That is Lobelia syphilitica... it's a wild flower in the mid-west US...it is by far the tallest, hardiest blue flowering plant I've found... My weakness/obsession is a perfect blue...I think this plant is IT>> It selfseeds and clumps readily...nice green foliage too, grows to about 2 to 3 feet tall and is a good specimen for the back to mid-border.

Thanks for the info; this is one I'll be looking for. I love the way it looks, so stately among the other flowers.

LOL! Hi Marguerite! We call a sleeping cabin a bunkie! just an extra summer bedroom..really. And at present all that's in there is a seat and my defunct snow blower!! but when all the work is done it should be nice and cozy. Yes I'm going to leave it the creamy white but need to repaint the door and window frames... I like the darker colour green for accent but was wondering about a nice blue.... hmmm guess I should stay with the dark loden green.
