Hardy - average winter
Hardy through most of the UK apart from inland valleys, at altitude and central/northerly locations. May suffer foliage damage and stem dieback in harsh winters in cold gardens. Plant can withstand temperatures down to -10°C (14°F)Can be grown as a pond marginal plant.

It’s hardy in the pond Cal so long as the pond doesn’t freeze over for too long. This last mild winter it kept some leaves on. Usually they die down until a growth spurt in spring.

It’s looking very lush, Sheila. I took mine out despite really loving it, I was told it’s toxic to cats.

I didn’t know that Kate. Thanks Anget.

Amazing, I’m not too sure if it would fit in my water feature though as I have an iris, a water lily that’s never flowered and a solar powered water fountain bobbing about in there, maybe an excuse to make a new one so I can buy one of these :)

Does very well in water, better than a border, especially if like mine, is too dry.
