Southern marsh orchids arrived in my garden a couple of years ago and have now made themselves very much as home. I also have the common spotted orchids here as well

Given how fine the seed is, they can travel a fair distance in a breeze. Mine arrived from parkland half a mile away, and they arrived there from Ascot racecourse which is almost three miles away

Amy - I started with two and now have about twenty. They grow in the planting baskets around the edge of my pond
