A David Austin hedging rose.alongside the front steps.Large trusses of small,semi-double.scarlet crimson flowers. Tolerant of poorer soils.2'x2'.
These roses are 7 years old...2 years ago I used a chemical spray on them instead of Roseclear by mistake....consequently they reacted badly and looked very sorry for themselves. I contacted David Austin and they were very helpful....had to cut out all the damaged stems, thoroughly pressure wash them and give them a feed...After careful nursing this year they have rewarded me so well. They look the healthiest I have ever seen before.
After that mixup in spray bottles there will be no reason to repeat it...both bottles are plainly marked!!!

Oh dear, what a mistake, but all ends well.
