Ochna serrulata - Mickey Mouse Plant

Seen that at the Dry Garden Nursery in the middle of winter with the flowers. When other plants are doing nothing this one has color.

There’s a 5 year old plant growing with my Megaskepasma. It flowers and has the Mickey Mouse faces on it now.

I’ll post a pic of when it was blooming soon.

I guess it blooms all year. I've only seen it that one time in mid winter. Must have been in the early 2000's.

My neighbor has large ones growing in their backyard. They must have been there for many decades. All these seedlings in my yard I’m sure are from those big plants.

I’ve only seen it bloom once a year here. The one in with my Megaskepasma popped up 5 years ago.
