Red veined Sorrel

I rather like this Sorrel. Bought as a plug plant in Guildford
market. I tried eating a very young leaf, ugh, so bitter. I think people use it as an edging plant & to set off other plants with its foliage.

Its a pretty leaf. You might try adding half a leaf to some soup - lovey flavour if the concentration's right.

It certainly has an attractive leaf, Josee.
