Auntie Lou Ti Leaf Plant and Licuala Palm and Bromeliads

Thanks for showing all these new-to-me plants, Delonix, they are fascinating and beautiful.

All these plants are common here, with the exception of the Licuala ramsayi (Australian fan palm) native to Queensland, Australia.

It's impressive your friend's cutting of his Auntie Lou Ti is taking off well in your own garden.

He has tons of colorful bromeliads which he’s going to thin out. I’ll just take all of them off his hands. 😂

Yes, two cuttings (from September) are well-rooted and growing very well out in pots in the back yard. The last cutting he gave me in mid-November, so I brought it indoors to root in water. It’s too cool at night to start it in soil outside now.

Yes, it’s Japanese Wisteria. There’s a very large Ravenea glauca (with 9 ft of trunk) and a nice Dypsis pembana to its left.

I met my friend, Mark twelve years ago on GoY. He doesn’t really post pics anymore, though. So, I take the pics and post them. 😂

It definitely would be rude to refuse such beautiful, healthy plants! Plus, they would just end up in the landfill.
