Lots of flowering plumerias in this parking lot to a Mexican restaurant in Coachella. There was another row of trees on the other side of the parking lot. Photo taken June 16, 2023 in Coachella, CA.

The Plumeria trees here in San Diego are well behind schedule, also. I suspect to see some flowering in the next two weeks or so. My trees have buds, but probably mid-July before bloom. I typically get some flowering by late April or early May. It’s amazing how cool this year has been.
I was in Palm Springs for 6 days and the temps were well below normal: 96 to 105. The locals were really enjoying “the cooler than normal” weather. 😂. It was perfect for me! I hate their typical 110 - 120 degrees weather this time of year!

I would say well in advance compared to my own. I just spotted bloom spikes developing. By August!
